Learning to Lead is heading on break to unplug and refresh until middle of January 2023. Before our break we wanted to revisit some of our favorite topics, discussions, and insights from 2022. This was a fun and engaging conversation and our live community continued to push the limits on what leadership really is, and what really matters.

As the end of the year approaches, we hope you will take a moment to look back at all that you have accomplished and learned. It's important to embrace both the highs and lows of the past year, as they can provide valuable insight and help you grow as a person. Use these moments of reflection to set goals and make a plan for a successful and fulfilling 2023. Take stock of your strengths and areas for improvement, and use what you have learned to propel yourself forward into the new year.
