I just read a quote from Ariana Huffington about sharing our failures more than our successes.

It made me consider the power of reminding both myself and others that failures are necessary for growth.

As I consider how I share my leadership and career journey it’s usually focuses on the successes, lessons, and accomplishments. But how much more impactful might my story be if I leaned into the valleys as much as I focus on the peaks?

Embracing failures is never easy.

The more we step into that discomfort, remember it, and share it, then we can really teach others through our experiences.
