It’s human nature to seek safety and certainty, but it’s often true that everything we want is on the other side of fear.
Leadership asks us to grapple with our own fear and see what’s possible for ourselves, so we can teach others to do the same.
The more we challenge the known and ask “what if,” for ourselves, others, and what we create, the more comfortable we can get with moving through the resistance of fear and do the impossible.
