I’m heading out for a few days off today.
I’m looking forward to new scenery, cooler weather, and room to think.
I read a newsletter from the Do Lectures and it was a great reminder to not only take breaks to avoid burnout, but do it consistently and regularly (in their case weekly).
How do you take breaks? When was the last time?
