As a leader we are always in a constant balance of control and flow.
We will hit challenges and be asked to find resolution and success
We can respond by trying to control situations and people, but that can feel like insanity. It robs us of any joy of the work we do and the potential of those around us.
Setting the pace, clarifying vision and objectives allows us to work with others to find solutions. It shifts us into a space creativity.
We can only control ourselves. The sooner we accept that, the more joy we can find in every situation, even the challenging ones.
